My story might not be defined as unique. I know that others have experienced what I have and some to a far more painful degree. But then again I know that I am unique. A one of a kind creation fashioned by the Creator. So because I am unique, God makes my story unique. He knows exactly who needs to hear my particular story at one particular time. My story…not anyone else’s.
My story will touch only certain people. My story will bring hope and encouragement to a particular audience. An audience that was chosen by God. But there are other people whom I will never reach. God has ordained for them to hear somebody else’s story to encourage their hearts differently. That “somebody” just might be YOU.
So what’s your story? Maybe it’s time to share it. There are more than enough hurting people in the world for each of us to share God’s love, mercy, and grace. God brought you through that fire so your story would ignite a healing process in your little corner of the world.
Your story can’t save the entire world. But it may just point others to the only One who can save it, one person and one story at a time.
Dare to share your story. Shout it. Whisper it. But tell it.
Someone is desperate to hear it!
PS: Are you willing to share your story? I invite you to share it in the comments section. Or just leave me a message saying you will be privately encouraging someone you know through your story. However you choose, I promise it will be an encouragement to somebody. Thanks for taking the challenge.
